Kevin Sisk serves as Chief Operations Officer (COO) for Bank of America Merchant Services. In this role he provides the leadership, management and vision needed to ensure the organization’s client services and operations are run effectively and efficiently – with the appropriate controls to responsibly grow the business.
Prior to his current post, Sisk served as SVP of Partner Solutions at First Data, one of Bank of America Merchant Services’ parent companies. In this role, Kevin was accountable for First Data’s Independent Sales Organization and agent business. Before joining First Data, Sisk led all of the service and support functions at Paymentech, a JPMorgan Chase and First Data joint venture.
Sisk served both as enlisted and as an officer in the U.S. Marine Corps. He served in the first Gulf War with the 2nd Reconnaissance Battalion and 2nd Marine Division. He earned a Combat Action Ribbon for his service.
He earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business/Economics from Austin College in Sherman, Texas, and an MBA from the Cox School of Business at Southern Methodist University. He has been married to his wife, Phoebe, for 29 years, and they have two children together, Elijah and Sarah Katherine. Sisk resides in Dallas, Texas.
