In her role as executive vice president and chief human resources officer, Marian Wilson oversees all aspects of human resources, learning and leadership development. Her responsibilities include talent development, acquisition and retention, ensuring a robust performance management process, and leading programs that foster associate engagement.
Prior to this position, Marian joined Bank of America in 1984 and held various leadership positions, including human resources executive (functioning as a strategic advisor supporting key business leaders), leadership development executive, executive and management development training manager and also served as the human resources change integration manager for the Bank of America and NationsBank merger.
Marian’s other experience includes serving as training manager for Metric Constructors and psychometrist for the Eckerd Foundation, a therapeutic wilderness program for emotionally handicapped children. She has also served on various non-profit boards within education and social services.
Marian graduated from Lander University with a B.S. degree in psychology.
