Bank of America Merchant Services U.S. Online Privacy Policy

This U.S. Online Privacy Policy (“Policy”) describes the types of information we may collect from and about you through the Bank of America Merchant Services U.S. online interface—i.e., Bank of America Merchant Services websites, web pages, website chat or email functions, online product and service applications, social media pages, and/or mobile browsers or mobile applications (collectively, the “Website”). This Policy also describes how we use the information we collect, with whom we share it, and how we protect it.
