Welcome to Bank of America Merchant Services! We are here to assist you with the steps to get your account up and running.

  • Clover® Activation
    Clover installation and training assistance is available through Help.Clover.com or by calling 1.800.430.7161. Allow about an hour to complete the installation and training. We will help you install your hardware, configure the Clover software, test, and walk you through how to take payments, reconcile at the end of the day, process tips if needed, run reports, and more.
  • Terminal Activation
    If you missed our call or have questions about your activation, call us at 1.855.448.3495.

Get started with Business Track

Business Track gives you a dashboard of all of your important payments activities, such as daily funding and access to other important information, including your merchant statement and other reporting applications.   When you activate your account, you will receive an email inviting you to visit our Business Track Portal, or you can enroll at any time at www.businesstrack.com.
